GEM STOCKS allows third parties to freely put bribes into the gauge. Bribes can influence veGEM votes and increase the amount of GMECs issued in the corresponding pool.

Bribery specification

* veGEM voters can claim their rewards in the next Epoch of the voting epoch (lump-sum payment)
* Epoch span is 1 week
* Only whitelisted tokens can be added to the gauge
* Bribes can be added to the protocol at any time
